Paulding Putnam Electric Co-op (PPEC) wants to say “thank you” to our members for their feedback. Each year PPEC is scored by ACSI (American Customer Satisfaction Index) based on a feedback survey. This year the results were released in late May with a score of 87 for PPEC. This is an increase from 85 last year and 82 the year before. This is a tremendous accomplishment for PPEC since the industry average is 77. PPEC strives to give you the best member service as we help you.
