- 6 4-oz. boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 14.5-oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Season chicken with pepper and garlic salt.
Heat oil in large skillet; add chicken and onions. Cook until chicken is browned.
Pour in tomatoes, vinegar, and herbs. Simmer until chicken is done, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles or alongside salad.
