*Paulding Putnam is giving away three $100 bill credits and more than two dozen $25 bill credits.
The Paulding Putnam Board of Trustees consists of nine co-op members who each represent one district within the territory served by Paulding Putnam. The trustees are responsible for establishing, reviewing, and revising corporate policies to ensure that service to the Paulding Putnam membership is foremost in mind while maintaining a stable yet competitive position in the industry by setting rate structures.
Each trustee serves a three-year term and either must seek re-election again after the term or retire. Elections are held annually by the membership prior to the Annual Meeting in March. Results are announced at the Virtual Annual Meeting held on March 28 at 10 am on Facebook and YouTube.
Districts 1, 6, & 9 are up for election in 2026*.
*Because no other members submitted petitions to run for the board, no formal election is needed. This saves the co-op mail and election costs. The three incumbent trustees will be reelected by affirmation. Members in Districts 1, 6, and 9 will not receive a ballot to vote in the election.
