Sign Up for Notifications via the website
- Login to your SmartHub account at ppec.smarthub.coop
- From the home page, click the notifications tab
- Click "Manage Notifications" in the far left menu. The Manage Notifications page appears, displaying various categories of notifications, including Billing, Service, General Notifications, and Miscellaneous.
- Click the arrow to the left of the desired Category. All the available notifications for the category appear.
- Check the box next to each notification you wish to receive. Under General Notifications, make sure you subscribe to the "General Notifications" to stay up to date on PPEC News, events, contests, and more.
Sign Up for Notifications via mobile app
- Login to your SmartHub account via the app.
- From the home page click the more with three dots in the bottom right corner.
- Click the gear icon for the settings link.
- Click "Manage Notifications" in the menu. The Manage Notifications page appears, displaying various categories of notifications, including Billing, Service, General Notifications, and Miscellaneous.
- Click the arrow to the left of the desired Category. All the available notifications for that category appear.
- Check the box next to each notification you wish to receive. Under General Notifications, make sure you subscribe to the "General Notifications" to stay up to date on PPEC News, events, contests, and more.
*You can also check "Select All" to subscribe to all notifications in that category. This saves time.
Some common notifications include:
- Bill Available
- Payment Due
- Payment Confirmation
- Credit Card Expiration
- Power Outage
- Peak Alerts
- General PPEC Notifications, like for Member Appreciation Day and other events
