We're proud to welcome Adam to the PPEC team as an apprentice lineman. From Kalida, Ohio, he's been involved in the community there his whole life. He is also a Vantage grad (like several other employees), highlighting how solid their programs are.
Here's a brief Q&A with Adam to get to know him a little better.

Tell us about yourself:
My parents are Gary and Rhonda Siefker. I have one sister, Kara. I also have a lab named Sandy.
- Tell us about your background:
I recently graduated from Kalida High School and Vantage Career Center. During high school, I worked at Sarka Electric and Huggins Auto Parts.
- Why did you want to work at PPEC?
I wanted to work here to pursue a career as a lineman. PPEC provides a stable and profitable position in the profession.
- What are you looking forward to?
I am looking forward to attending the COLT facility for training, as well as getting to know and meet the other linemen.
- What are some of your hobbies and interests outside of work?
I enjoy farming, boating, and refurbishing 4-wheelers.
