We’re excited to welcome Sierra Halter to the Paulding Putnam team! Sierra is joining the co-op in a role that will support data analytics, company procedures, and service order management, helping keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. 
Here’s a Q&A to help everyone get to know the newest member of the Paulding Putnam family!
Tell us a bit about your life, family, and where you’re from.
“I live in Paulding with my boyfriend, Luke. We’ve been together for six years and recently bought our first home here last December. We share our home with our two dogs, Benny and Doug, who are definitely spoiled fur babies.” 
Why did you want to work at Paulding Putnam?
“Growing up in Paulding County, I’ve always heard great things about the co-op and the positive impact it has on the community. I really admire what Paulding Putnam does and wanted to be part of that mission.”
Can you tell us about your former work history and background?
“Before joining Paulding Putnam, I worked at NOCAC (Community Action) for a couple of years as a financial coach. I primarily worked with the homeless shelter and related programs, helping individuals connect with resources and guiding them as they navigated their next steps. I also have several years of experience as a licensed childcare provider, working as an infant teacher. Prior to both roles, I earned my Associate’s Degree in Business Administration.” 
What sorts of tasks will you be doing here at the co-op?
“I’ll mainly be focusing on data analytics, but I’ll also be updating and managing company procedure documents and handling service orders.”
What are you looking forward to?
“I’m really excited to be part of the team and to learn more about the co-op world. I’m looking forward to contributing to Paulding Putnam’s mission while growing in my role and getting to know everyone.” 
What are some of your hobbies and interests outside of work?
“My family and I are very close, and I love spending time with them. My sister and I are especially close, and my nephew Caisen has been my little sidekick since the day he was born. I also enjoy going to concerts and trying new restaurants. Taylor Swift is my favorite artist, but I’m always open to discovering new music!” 
A fun fact about you?
“I’ve flown in a Huey helicopter, and this past July I had the incredible opportunity to fly in a B-25 Mitchell Bomber.”
