Effective starting Tuesday, May 27, PPEC’s office will be operating on summer hours from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, in order to better align with contractor schedules and help improve efficiencies during summer weather.
PPEC's hours will return to 7:30 am - 4 pm on Tuesday, September 2.
Please note that we are a 24/7/365 business, and are always prepared for outages and other emergency circumstances. For 24/7 service, members are reminded to utilize their online SmartHub account or our automated phone, where you can pay bills, report outages, and more by calling our automated phone number: 855-940-3918.
