All News

Jeff NogglePlease join us in welcoming GIS Mapping Technician Jeff Noggle to the PPEC team. Jeff resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and is excited to return to his roots in Paulding County. With a background in engineering and a passion for community, he's looking forward to contributing to PPEC and reconnecting with the area he grew up in.

Here's a fun Q&A with Jeff to help our members get to know the newest member of our PPEC family.

Tell us about your family and where you live:

"I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In September of this year, I will be married for 29 years to my wife Deborah. I have a 25-year-old son, Eli, currently finishing college. We have two dogs, a Golden Retriever named Dug and a Golden Retriever mix named Daisy. They are both rescues, and they are always making mischief around the house. We love to go to Disney for family vacation and travel throughout the country."Jeff Noggle

Why did you want to work at PPEC?

"After working remotely for 4 years, I am looking forward to working directly with coworkers. I chose PPEC because I want to be a part of the community that I grew up in. In a sense, I am glad to be back home."

Can you tell us about your former work history and background?Jeff Noggle

"I have been in the Utilities industry for approximately six years in the engineering discipline.  I have been in an engineering role for about 12 years. I was a late bloomer, and I finished my Bachelor of Design Engineering in 2018 from Trine University and an associate in engineering from Ivy Tech in 2014.  My favorite thing that I have designed was RV/travel trailers."

What sorts of tasks will you be doing here at PPEC, and what are you looking forward to?

"My main responsibilities will be maintaining and creating PPEC's GIS mapping system.Jeff Noggle

I am looking forward to working at PPEC and growing professionally in my engineering career. I am looking forward to working with the people at PPEC and also serving the members of the PPEC community. I am also looking forward to working in the community that I grew up in."

What are some of your hobbies and interests outside of work?

"I like the outdoors with activities including golfing, camping, and walking. I am known as Griswold by some, as I love to decorate the outside of my house and lawn for Christmas. My wife and I love to make a lot of the outdoor decorations that we have in our display."Jeff Noggle

A fun fact about you?

"I have run half marathons in the past. I'm a diehard fan of the Cleveland Browns, the Guardians, and the Ohio State Buckeyes. My house has also been put on the list of best holiday houses to see in Fort Wayne."

Is there anything else you would like to share?

"I was born and raised in Paulding County and am a proud graduate of Paulding High School. In high school, I ran cross country and track and loved playing baseball when I was younger. Go Panthers!"

Welcome to the PPEC family, Jeff!
